Surviving Suicide Kayaking Tour

The Bow Glacier to the mouth of the Nelson River is the longest distance (2575 km) in the entire Nelson River Watershed! This route travels the entire distance of the Bow, South Saskatchewan, Saskatchewan and Nelson rivers. The Nelson River watershed covers an area of 892,300 square kilometres including the vast majority of the Canadian prairie.

It is at the Bow Glacier that this journey will start in remembrance of Caroline Kosmas (CarolineKosmas.org) and in support of survivors of suicide.  Stay tuned to the website for updates including dates that I will be stopping in communities (Calgary, Medicine Hat, Saskatoon, Nipawin, Cumberland House and Norway House) along the route to share Caroline’s story.
